The second step it to set up a lookup table so we can either click on our state, or find a politician alphabetically and see if he has agreed to do what our petitions demand. There will be three categories for a politician to choose: (1) agree with no weaseling, (2) agree, but __baloney, weasel and lie__, and (3) disagree. We will spell out that choice (1) means the politicians must vote for our demands without chopping the guts out of it the way politicians usually do.

If the elected officials cheat and do not support our petition, then they the go onto our "Target List." We will conduct news media campaigns when "Target List" politicians are up for re-election spelling out how they cheated, lied and let us down.

We are not a political committee or PAC subject to Washington regulations. We are a non-regulated news and publishing company with absolute freedom to publish what we want as news reporting and opinion editorials just like the New York Times.

Because we are a for profit publishing house, under free enterprise and freedom of the press, we do not have to disclose the names of our subscribers, and there is no limit on how much money anyone can give to support our goals.

We are revolting peacefully, but firmly against the obsolete, "oh so 20th century" dinosaurs who are all, yes ALL the elected officials, and all the "so yesterday" Presidential candidates and other politicians who got us into this mess, which you and I now have to fix.

FranksHeroes™ intends to launch a non-partisan, nonpolitical nationwide media campaign for both radio and television. The purpose of the campaign will be to raise national awareness of the disastrous consequences of the deterioration of our national support systems.

FranksHeroes™ will raise public awareness of how to give Free Universal Healthcare to every person in America, with complete choice of your doctor, to every child, to every pregnant woman, to every mother, every working mother and every family in America, to the 47,000,000 uninsured Americans, and to the hundred million underinsured Americans, for the same amount of money we spend today to badly care for only some of our people. Media appearances and campaigns will emphasize the shortage of 3,000,000 math & science teachers, the fact that one half of American high schools do not even have an introductory physics course, and that the average high school graduates, (and half our college graduates!!) rank below "proficient" on the US Department of Education's National Assessment of Adult Literacy. More people are proficient in English in Red China than in America. Half of minority children do not complete high school. Disgraceful. Unacceptable. If we allow this to continue, America has no future. We can fix this with the same amount of money we now spend, just by spending it smarter.

FranksHeroes™ will publicize how we can be energy independent from Muslim and Communist oil in less than eight years, not the 15 years, or 20 years, or "someday" that our existing politicians babble meaninglessly about.

FranksHeroes™ will publicize how we not only fight global warming, but also clean up the air we breathe, clean up our fresh water and the oceans and preserve species diversity all over the world. And at the same time make American companies world leaders with new profitability.

Right now we are working on an alternative, or renewable energy petition. When Frank Lynch publishes his book on restructuring education later, we will begin a massive nationwide campaign to fix our schools so that every child gets a free college degree for the same amount of money America is already spending. Just by spending the money smarter. We will stop the nonsense of the average professor teaching less than 200 hours a year!

The first issue we are taking on is renewable energy and energy independence from Communist and Muslim oil nations. It is 33 years, a full third of a century since all the Muslim nations declared war on us with the first "Oil Shock" in 1973. That Oil Shock threw our nation into "stagflation" that lasted twenty years. Twenty years of terrible inflation simultaneous with economic stagnation and a terrible real estate bust. Every single politician promised fast development of alternative energy and conservation, so we would not be dependent on imported oil. They lied! A third of a century later, we import much more oil at much higher prices., from people who are using our dollars to build nukes to destroy the USA. And we are destroying our Island Earth.
